An ISO tank container is a large stainless steel pressure vessel held within a 20-foot ISO frame that is used for the transportation and storage of bulk liquids. The dimension of the frame follows an international ISO standard which allows the containers to be inter-modally transported globally via container ships, trucks and/or rail.   An ISO tank container is able to carry up to 66% more product than a standard 20-foot container loaded with 70-80 drums of the same product, lowering the unit shipping costs while assuring a safe containment of the cargo.  Due to its ease of handling, effectiveness and efficiency, ISO thank containers are the preferred choice for bulk liquid transportation. 
Tank containers are built according to ISO standards (International Organization for Standardization) and are used to transport liquids in bulk, including hazardous and non hazardous liquids. The inner tank is made of 316L stainless steel. The overall dimensions and storage and transportation mode of the whole tank are completely equivalent to the 20 foot international standard container, and the outer frame is a standard 20 foot container. ISO tank is suitable for domestic and international road, railway, water transport and multimodal transport.
