4. Hydraulic lifting safety circuit. In the hydraulic system of the lift loader, a one-way balance valve is set. [After-sales maintenance]
(1) The maintenance of the vehicle chassis and supporting pumps shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding operating instructions.

(2) Before the vehicle is used, it should be run-in according to the requirements of the vehicle instruction manual.

(3) Lubrication system maintenance: The vehicle needs to be cleaned and maintained every 5000km-10000km. When the engine noise is too large, the acceleration is weak or the water temperature is too high, it also needs to be cleaned and maintained. Cleaning the sludge and other deposits inside the engine can avoid the oxidation and thickening of the oil at high temperatures, which can effectively reduce the wear of engine components, thereby prolonging the life of the engine and improving the power of the engine.

(4) Cooling system maintenance: The vehicle should be cleaned and maintained once during the winter and summer seasons. I hope you clean and maintain it once every 6 to 8 months during normal driving, or when the water temperature is too high, water leaks, or the pot is boiling. Remove the traces and scale that cause the engine to overheat, prevent harmful corrosion, avoid and stop the leakage of seals and water tanks, and completely replace the old coolant.

(5) Fuel system maintenance: The vehicle needs to be cleaned and maintained once every 800km-1000km, or when you find the engine is trembling, lagging, poor acceleration, black smoke, weakness, and fuel consumption. It is necessary to remove the colloid and carbon deposits inside the system to prevent harmful corrosion, avoid and stop the leakage of seals and water tanks, and completely replace the old coolant.

(6) Gearbox maintenance: clean and maintain once every 800km-1000km of the vehicle, or when the gearbox slips, the water temperature is high, the gear shift is slow, or the system leaks. Remove harmful sludge and paint film deposits, restore the elasticity of gaskets and O-rings, make the gearbox shift smoothly, improve power output, and completely replace the old automatic transmission oil.

(7) Power steering system maintenance: The vehicle needs to be cleaned and maintained once every 1000km-2000km, or the system leaks when the steering is difficult, after replacing the power steering gear parts, it must also be cleaned and maintained once. Remove harmful sludge and paint film in the system, remove steering difficulties at low temperatures, stop and prevent leakage of power steering fluid, remove steering noise, and completely replace old brake steering fluid.

(8) Brake system maintenance: clean and maintain the vehicle once every 800km, or when the ABS reacts too early or too slow. Remove the harmful sludge paint film in the system, remove the danger of work failure at ultra-high temperature or ultra-low temperature, effectively prevent the brake fluid from deteriorating and expiring, and completely replace the old brake fluid.
