Truck-Mounted Concrete Boom Pump is a convenient and efficient dedicated construction machinery for transporting and concreting concrete, which has features of short construction period, large spreading range, low labor strength and operation in confined space. Boom System: The boom system is designed by Multi physics analysis and testing. The steel is made by imported HSLA (High strength low alloy steel). All the welding are 100% inspected to ensure the structure rational and high reliability.

6.Pumping Performance
Adaptive Concrete Material Pumping Technology: Improved pumping control system for poor concrete with segrega-tion and high viscosity, featuring an auto-adaptive pumping mode that reduces the blockage rate by more than 50%.
7.Pumping Efficiency
Accurate Pumping Control Technolo-gy (APC): An industry first, the pumping control mode can be changed to match the working situation. A displacement sensor is used to detect and control the movement of the pistons. The accuracy of each stroke can be controlled within 99.46%. This advantage makes the pump more controllable, and pumping efficiency has reached an unprecedented level.

The four outriggers are functional, with the rear arms pivoting out while the front arms consist of double telescoping sections which extend out to form an X pattern.

One nice feature of the rear jacks are the integrated pins which allow the floor mats to be attached to the model during transport (as shown right).

Each of the jack legs can be lowered by rotating the plastic foot and they can take the weight of the model, allowing the wheels to be raised off the ground.

The concrete pumping cylinders are located at the heart of the chassis along with re-enforcing bars to the main body casting along with the concrete supply pipe leading up to the turntable assembly. There are some nice details on the model, like the cooling fan housings integrated into the rear outrigger arms, along with the silver access platform, complete with metal handrails.

The rear hopper features an opening cover revealing the grill bars within. Behind this, the 800 litre water tank is modelled along with the access steps integrated into the chassis on both sides leading up to the platforms, again fitted with scaled grab rails. Different pump options are available on the full sized machine, ranging from the BSF14H to the BSF16H LS to achieve a rate of between 140 and 160 cubic metres of material per hour.

The 5 arm roll-Z-folding (RZ) boom has been captured very well, with all the delicate linkages replicated and functioning to match the range of movement on the full sized machine. The hydraulic cylinders are a very tight fit and some effort is required to fully extend some of them. This does ensure that the model remains in the chosen position and, on the sample reviewed here, the boom does not move over time. The boom can be rotated through 360 degrees and all the pipe detailing has been added to the boom sections, leading to the rubber hose at the tip.
