Crawler Scissor Lift

     Crawler scissor lifts are lightweight and have rubber tracks for smooth, fast and safe passage through difficult road conditions. This kind of scissor lift runs on standard AC power, have zero emissions and are environmentally friendly. With tracked wheel frame, these scissor lift platforms can climb slopes with ease, and their narrow chassis allows passage through courtyards, standard doorways and public buildings. This makes the compact crawler scissor lift ideal for a variety of jobs both indoors and outdoors.

     Mantall XE-CT series crawler scissor lift features a rubber-track undercarriage with a tank-like structure, which allows it to work on soft terrain without sinking, thus overcoming the restriction that aerial work platforms only can operate on the hard ground. This crawler scissor lift will not damage the floor or leave a trace when turning at zero degree thanks to its non-marking rubber tracks, making it suited to indoor jobsites. The crawler track system is characterized by low noise level and less vibrations, and ideal for quick transportation from one job site to another.

    Mantall XE-CT/OR series is designed for working on uneven ground because it has hydraulic self-levelling legs, which allow user to automatically level the scissor lift on slopes up to 4.5 degrees by front to back direction and up to 10 degrees by side to side direction.

About maintenance

During use, please pay attention to the following points:
1. Do not overload;
2. Whether the ground conditions allow use;
3. Load the cargo correctly;
4. Please wear safety shoes and gloves during operation;
5. Please do a thorough operation check before each use;
6. Use the correct lifting technique to assemble the machine;
7. Do not ignore the potential dangers that may exist during operation. During maintenance, mainly check the oil, remove the air and lubricate. It is recommended to check every six months. Special attention should be paid to the wheels, axles, handles, forks, lifting and lowering controls.
8. Whenever the work is completed, the forks should be unloaded and lowered to the lowest position.
