  The straight boom aerial work platforms 600S and 660SJ have a wider operating range: the 600S has a working height of 20.14 meters and a horizontal reach of 15.24 meters; the 660SJ has a working height of 22.02 meters and a horizontal reach of 17.37 meters. In addition, the load capacity of the new model has also increased by 20% compared with similar products, becoming the model with the largest load capacity in the same class in the current industry. The platform load capacity of the 600S reaches 454/272 kg, and the platform load capacity of the 660SJ reaches 340/250 kg. Both can carry 3 operators and carry more materials, effectively improving the efficiency of aerial work.
The hydraulic valve system of the 600S and 660SJ has a pressure compensation function. Regardless of the load, the system can ensure that various functions are completed quickly, accurately and stably. In order to meet the needs of quickly and accurately adjusting the operating platform to a horizontal position on various ground surfaces, JLG has equipped the 600S and 660SJ with an electronic leveling system to further improve the comfort and safety of equipment operation.
While innovating in functions, the 600S and 660SJ also retain the excellent genes of JLG products. The new model still uses the Deutz D2011L04 mechanical oil-cooled diesel engine, 36.4kw, and a rated speed of 2500 rpm, which can provide sufficient power for the equipment, thus continuing the overall fast operation speed and high efficiency of JLG equipment on the 600S and 660SJ.

In order to ensure that the equipment can cope with various challenging working environments, JLG has carried out additional special protection for the 600 series. The entire fuselage, including the engine, fuel tank, ground operating panel, and swing gear ring, are covered in an iron cover, which enhances the protection of the equipment in harsh environments and makes it suitable for applications in more demanding working environments.
JLG uses high-strength imported steel to manufacture the operating boom. In addition to the surface paint, the surface of the steel itself has been specially treated for better corrosion resistance. The swing shaft adopts a casting process, and its strength is further improved, which can withstand greater loads, making the 600S and 660SJ more durable and longer-lasting. In addition, the 600S/660SJ is equipped with imported non-road heavy-duty tires, which are more reliable and suitable for various working conditions.

More convenient maintenance and repair

    The new 600 series platform and ground control box are equipped with a fault display screen. At the same time, an LCD screen is installed on the ground control box, which can directly display the fault description in addition to the fault code. Combined with the fault display screen, it can effectively improve the speed and efficiency of fault diagnosis, reduce the travel time of service personnel, and reduce after-sales costs. The equipment also uses a CANBUS control system, which makes it more convenient for service personnel to diagnose faults. There is no need to check each fault point one by one, which effectively reduces subsequent maintenance and operating costs. In addition, the new series continues to use JLG's classic handheld analyzer, so that operators can extract equipment data, analyze equipment status, calibrate equipment parameters, change the operating performance of the equipment according to actual conditions, and perform fault diagnosis. The rotatable diesel engine platform makes it easier for operators to perform daily maintenance and repairs on the diesel engine and hydraulic system

Continuously upgraded security system

The two new products are equipped with a newly designed load sensing system at the joint between the platform and the operating arm. The system can more accurately sense the load condition of the platform, prevent the operating risk caused by overloading the platform, and thus reduce the failure rate of the equipment. The newly designed cylinder has a buffer function. When the cylinder reaches the end of the stroke, the equipment has its own buffering ability, which prevents emergency stops and improves the operator's operating comfort and sense of security.
